LUGGAGE INSTRUCTIONS

The baggage allowance is generally 23 kg per person on scheduled flights and 18 kg on charter flights. Excess baggage must be paid to the airline at check-in. The transportation of bulky items (wheelchairs, respiratory equipment, strollers, etc.) must be notified at the time of booking and may be subject to a supplement that varies according to the airline.

SPECIAL FEATURES ON OUR SOUTHERN AFRICA CRUISES:

On our Southern Africa program, due to the small size of the aircraft used, strict baggage restrictions are imposed to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers:

Hold baggage is limited to 20 kg and must measure 60x40x30 cm. It must be flexible and equipped with 2 wheels only. Rigid suitcases or suitcases with 4 wheels are not accepted.

 For your convenience, a laundry service is available during your stay at the lodge.
