In recent weeks, we have faced an unimaginable crisis. Our hearts are with those who have fallen ill, those with families affected, and we stand with our friends on all ends of the globe. While social distancing keeps us physically apart, we have also come together through shared experience, a common goal, and the human spirit.

At this time, for the safety of our crew and guests, we have delayed the start of our European River Cruise season through and inclusive of July 15th, 2020. We are committed to weathering this storm together, and bringing the world to our guests once it is deemed safe to do so.

For guests affected by this delay, we are extending a full credit of their money paid, plus an additional credit of $150 per person, useable on any CroisiEurope Cruise through the 2021 or 2022 season. At the end of 2021, if credits are not used, guests can apply for a refund on their original booking.

We know that this is an uncertain time, we want to let you know that we remain steadfast in overcoming this crisis, and remain engaged to answer any questions you may have.
